Curious Critters Kids Event – Booking Policy Thank you for your interest in the Curious Critters event hosted by Kaleidoscope Kids. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, please review the following event policies: Booking & Payment All bookings must be made through our official website. Payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or no-shows. Each child must have their own ticket to attend the event. Shared admissions are not permitted. What’s Included Admission to all scheduled activities. A themed takeaway item, snack, and craft. Only the items listed are guaranteed to be provided. Late Arrivals Please plan to arrive on time so your child can enjoy the full event experience. Activities will begin promptly at the scheduled start time. We cannot accommodate schedule changes or provide make-up activities for those who arrive late. Personal Belongings Kaleidoscope Kids is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. We recommend labeling all personal items and leaving valuables at home. Materials and Takeaways Any materials, crafts, or belongings distributed during the event should be handled with care. These items are intended to be returned to families at the end of the event unless otherwise noted. Safety Disclaimer Kaleidoscope Kids is not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the event. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
